曲目解説5枚目に「TRACK 9. BROOD RED ROSES[下線付]」「Duration: 3'07"[下線付]」「600 years following the arrival of the Great Migration of the Maoris, the first European settlers came to the far flung islands of New Zealand. They were the sailors, sealers and whalers who came to search out this land which had been rediscovered by Captain James Cook 200 years before. These were tough young men who set down in bays and islands along the forbidding coast of the South Island. Their first objective was the capture of the fine quality seal pelts to supply the fashion houses of Europe. / They brought with them the tradition of telling their story in song. "Blood Red Roses" is just one such example and it is sung now by The Yeomen, a folk group from Auckland.」と記載。
