In 1970, he was a member of Ankara Radio A Cappella Choir (western style) successing to become a singer of folk music. It is made of wood. Turks have carried their "bağlama"s with themselves while they emigrated to Anatolia from Uralo-Altaic steps. "Bağlama"s are constituted in the following parts:body (resonance box), arm (long fretted handle), metal strings, and tuning keys.
