曲目解説5ページに「The fourth selection is an instrumental piece entitled Blue Runner[下線付]. It is performed by its composer, Joseph "Bébé" Carrière with his brother Eraste Carrière. Both Joseph (known by his nickname "Bébé") and Eraste have lived in the southwest Louisiana prairie town of Lawtell since their births in 1908 and 1900, respectively. Bébé made his first violin at the age of 12 out of a cigar box, and has played ever since--in his home for friends and family as well as in rural dance halls throughout southwest Louisiana.」「The music of that region is decidedly French-influenced, and in the case of the black French or Créole population, is referred to as "zodico" or "la-la". Blue Runner[下線付] is a synthesis of blues and jazz influences that were especially popular in North Louisiana from the turn of the century to the 1930's. Eraste Carrière accompanies Bébé on a single-row diatonic button accordion.」「4)」「BLUE RUNNER[下線付]」「Performed by Bébé and Eraste Carrière」「Instrumentaion: fiddle and button accordion」「(dur. 1:13[下線付])」と記載(「[4)に]赤丸印」の書き込みあり)。
