- 曲目解説に「In autumn the hunting of the fallow deer starts on September 1st. Stag antlers are the desirable trophies. And the hunting of the Roe deer, and that's common in all West German forests, offers welcome adventures.」「But the West German hunters maintain traditions. Hunting customs are just as important as the hunt itself. The hunting rules and traditions of centuries are mixed together. Thus, the Federal Republic of Germany has some of the best and most advanced laws for the preservation and protection of its wildlife. However, the hunted creatures are still divided into two groups: those which formerly could be taken only by princes and the aristocracy, and those that could be shot by ordinary citizens and farmers. The cock-of-the-woods and the stag are noble creatures, while the handsome roebuck now as before belongs to the lowly animals. Hunting songs, whether sentimental or rousing, have become folk tunes. They tell about the handsome hunter in his green hunting suit who, while stalking the deer, dreams of his dear one. She's the loveliest in the whole land. Now we'll hear such a hunting song from Thuringia, which was once called the "green heart of Germany". But today Thuringia lies in East Germany. It is still fondly remembered because of the great stands of pine trees in the Thuringian forests.」「9) Volksweise aus Thüringen」「"Es wollt ein Jägerlein..."[下線付]」「Kölner Kinderchor, Ltg.
