It has only three strings.」「Black sea : The folk dances of black sea are quite rich in character. They are generally called HORON, though all the dances have different names according to the meaning of the dances.／These Horons are mostly danced althogether in weddings in national feasts and it is danced from 5-6 people to 40-60 people. Sometimes Horons are danced in the accompany of drum and ZURNA but the typical ınstrument of the black-sea district is Kemençe.」との記述あり。同資料に小泉教授の手書きによるメモ「[3に]丸印」「[HORONに]下線」「とても速いが11／16　2+2+3+2+2[リズム譜]らしい」あり。
